We are building a B2C product for the fintech industry in Pakistan. The product provides users a seem-less interface to their finances and desired multi-category commerce products. The designer must be capable of understanding the current design philosophies and enhancing them to improve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create wireframes, user flows, and hi-fidelity mockups for web & mobile
  • Communicate with client to understand and document business and user requirements
  • Work with other designers, engineers, analysts, and management to ideate & ship high-impact product features
  • Use, manage, and update a design system regularly
  • Exchange effective feedback with the team and client to improve product
  • Conduct usability studies to identify and troubleshoot user experience issues

Must have

  • Portfolio clearly showcasing designs of at least 1 web app, 1 mobile app, and 1 analytics dashboard. Please share your Tumblr, Dribbble, Canva, and/or. Figma profiles if applicable.
  • Prior experience of dealing with large amount of interfaces and data distributions
  • 2+ years of designing and delivering products in cross-functional teams from start to finish
  • Deep knowledge of user-centered design methods and best practices 
  • Ability to fluently communicate in English with the client
  • Applied knowledge of Figma

Good to have

  • Illustration skills
  • Prior experience of working in sprints
  • Applied knowledge of JIRA and Slack

Qualifications

  • 2 or more years of work experience as UI/UX/product designer
  • BA/BS degree in Design (e.g. interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, industrial), CS related field or equivalent practical experience.
